MORE ABOUT THE FILES:
All
the programs and games from Mastiff-web are programmed in
Visual Basic 5.0. To be able to use these programs
you need the "Visual Basic runtime files". Make
sure you read the instructions
before downloading anything!
You
have two options when downloading a program or game from
MASTIFF-WEB:
1)
Choose the large zip-file ("All files")
2) Choose the small zip-file ("Without
Msvbvm50.dll")
Once
you've downloaded one of the large files (which is a complete
setup package), you will never have to download the largest
files again. If you want to download another program/game,
simply choose the small zip-file.
Another
solution would be to download the largest of the runtime
file now, and put it in the Windows\System directory on
your machine. As you might have guessed, this file is called:
MSVBVM50.DLL
(685 KB zip-file)
PS!
Windows 98 users normally have this file installed allready!
Check your disk before downloading, if you want to save
a couple of minutes...
If
you want to download something else than programs/games,
you do NOT need the runtime files!
